Founded on May 15, 1851, Alpha Delta Pi is the oldest secret society for college women in the world. Established at Wesleyan College in Macon, Georgia—the first college chartered to grant degrees to women— Alpha Delta Pi began as one young woman’s dream and has grown into a lifelong sisterhood spanning generations.

At the University of Kentucky, Alpha Delta Pi honors this rich history by building a community rooted in sisterhood, integrity, academic excellence, and meaningful social and philanthropic involvement.
