Dear Future Little,

Just a year ago, I was in your shoes filled with all the uncertainties that came with going through recruitment. Hoping and longing for the girls that I’ve been praying for my whole life. I was apprehensive about recruitment at first, worried about finding my people. Joining a sorority can bring on a mixture of emotions at first, but I’m here to tell you that this chapter will be life-changing in the best way possible! I can’t wait for you to find your support system and future best friends. I know we haven’t met yet, but there are so many things I can’t wait to experience with you. Your life is unknown to me, we have never spoken, or laughed together till we couldn’t breathe. I have no idea what you look like, where you are from, or what your favorite movie is. But I do know that I will love and support you for a lifetime.

I am not just your big for the next four years. We will always share a lifelong bond of friendship and sisterhood. I promise to be there for every step of your journey through life. Alpha Delta Pi’s sisterhood doesn’t end after four years. It is a lifetime commitment. You will never be alone.

I want you to always remember that you are loved by every girl in Alpha Delta Pi, and you are about to experience the best four years of your life with the most genuine sisterhood. This chapter is filled with your biggest supporters, future bridesmaids, roommates, and girls that you couldn’t imagine your life without. They encourage you to be the best version of yourself. A win for you, is a win for them. I have found my people, and I can’t wait for you find yours! My sorority family has given me a home away from home, and I can’t wait to add another member to our family this year! Can’t wait to meet you!
